SQS series of steam mixed with water |

Installed for use
(1) the use of the equipment conditions :
1. Safe operation conditions : enter the heater steam pressure ---
SQS-4～SQS-24 P0≤1.6MPa, SQS-32～SQS-48 P0≤1.0MPaSQS-4~SQS-24 P0 ≤ 1.6MPa. SQS-32~SQS-48 P0 ≤ 1.0MPa
2. Good operating condition :
SQS-4~SQS-24 P1+0.05 ≤ ≤ 0.6 MPa - P0 : P0------- steam pressure (MPa)
SQS-32～SQS-48 P1+0.05≤P0≤0.35MPa P1
For SQS-32~SQS-48 products in the circulatory system, If higher inlet pressure (≤ not meet P1+0.05 P0 conditions, Heater pumps should be installed in the suction side, using hot water circulating pump, make it a good run. When using superheated steam heat, to reduce noise, or use sub-heating steam temperature.
(2) the application scope :
1. For the hot water heating system for heating equipment to replace the original surface - (indirect) for once. (Figure 4 and Figure 5)
2. Heating water for the bathroom into the water instead of hot water Zhongyuan high noise, Strong vibration of the steam direct heating methods (tube).(Figure 2)
3. Deaerator for preheating soft water (water deaeration). (Figure 3)

(4) the hot water heating system, when the power source for electric pump cycle, the heater can be installed in the water pump side. (9) for the frequent power outages in hot water heating system should be set up road steam pipe high temperature solenoid valve. (10) To prevent the water to the steam pipe, the steam pipe near the heater should check valve installed.
(11) loss of water pressure : the installation of the heater circulation pumps in the export side, has not joined the steam, pressure loss 50KPa; when installed in the pump inlet side, has not joined the steam, the pressure of 0.15MPa loss around. Joined the steam temperature, the pressure loss is zero. |
